Meet the Owner

With a career as an Occupational therapist spanning 25+ years, Vaishali has a deep understanding of and a passion for enabling people to lead healthier and happier lives. Vaishali’s treatment philosophy as an occupational therapist has always been guided by the firm belief that recuperating individuals have a better outlook on life and heal faster when living in their home. During her career, Vaishali has strived to ensure that people under her care have returned to their home if they so desired, because every person deserves to live comfortably in the security of their own home.

Vaishali began her career at an inpatient rehabilitation facility where she worked closely with recovering patients, physicians, social workers, nurses, nursing assistants and therapists from other disciplines and with the families to ensure a safe return to their home. She is in the unique position of understanding the challenges faced by both loving families and dedicated clinicians to find the perfect homecare solution for their patients and loved ones. A search for better options for her patients is what led Vaishali to HomeWell to become a trusted provider of compassionate care.

Vaishali is an active member of her community, and when she is not working as an occupational therapist, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends. Her other interests include travel, photography, reading and fitness.

There are many reasons why someone may need at-home care. Whether recovering from an injury, living with a disability or simply growing older, the familiarity and comfort of continuing to live at home can be tremendously important to emotional wellbeing. With our proactive approach to in-home care, our specially trained team of caregivers and Care Managers advocate for both you and your loved ones in order to provide the highest level of comfort, compassion and care through open communication and personalized care management.

Responsive Care Managers

HomeWell assigns each client a dedicated Care Manager whose sole purpose is to ensure the highest level of customized in-home care to meet your needs and your budget. Your Care Manager will initiate a comprehensive needs assessment and create a personalized plan regarding:

• Levels of Care
• Frequency of Care
• Special Programs

Once a plan is in place, your Care Manager will monitor daily care logs and maintain regular contact with everyone involved to ensure each client’s physical and emotional wellbeing. And because life can be unpredictable, your Care Manager can also recommend or make adjustments to your care plan at any time, as needed.

Compassionate & Trustworthy Caregivers

As a home care agency founded by a caregiver, we put the utmost importance on providing at-home caregivers who are knowledgeable, kind, patient and trustworthy. We understand the complexities of the aging process and other variables that can affect the physical and emotional demands of each specific case. Whether we’re providing everyday support or specialized care, we tailor our approach to provide the appropriate level of care and attention. Our Care Managers strive to select the caregivers who best suit each client’s personality and specific care needs. And because we put a high priority on both safety and quality, all HomeWell caregivers are fully screened, pass a stringent national identity and background check, have excellent references, and undergo comprehensive competency testing. Additionally, we employ caregivers who speak multiple languages including, Chinese, Hindi, Urdu, French, Dutch, Spanish and German.
