Homewell provides excellent home care service. My mom needed a live-in caretaker and her aide is excellent. She is very competent and also very compassionate and caring. I highly recommend their service.

We used HomeWell Care Services to care for my Mother-in-Law when she returned home from rehab after fracturing her ankle. The Aides were kind, caring and very well-qualified. The RN made frequent visits to oversee the care and we could not be happier. Because of HomeWell she was able to continue her recovery in the comfort of her home

HomeWell is amazingly responsive with pleasant and professional people, from the sales team, to the coordinators of care, to the care givers themselves. We originally arranged daily care for mom through HomeWell during earlier stages of her Alzheimer's and, more recently, after experiencing an unexpected break in care from privately arranged live-in care, had to contact them again. The first time, our daily caregiver was wonderful - very genuine, caring, and compassionate. We all immediately loved her and she was an excellent companion for mom. The second time was an urgent request for temporary live-in coverage as mom's condition had become much more advanced. They responded late in the evening and had a solution for us the following day. Our second caregiver was warm from the very first minute, adapted to mom's schedule immediately, and offered and implemented some very helpful suggestions right away. We were extremely pleased with both caregivers and will continue to work HomeWell. In addition, we would highly recommend them to anyone in need.

Homewell is a wonderful Care Service that sent the most amazing aide to help us when our father was failing. They sent us an angel named Clavil Fraser Green who provided care when Dad was sent home from the hospital under hospice care. Clavil is extremely experienced and is so attentive that she never let Dad out of her sight for a second. She is such a lovely upbeat person. Compassionate with an edge that we loved and looked forward to.We miss Clavil. She became part of our family. Anyone who employs Clavil as their aide is incredibly lucky.

Our experience with Sherette was exceptional. She is a highly competent health care aide who also exuded kindness and patience with mom. Sherette provided personal care, cooking, housekeeping, and oxygen monitoring, assisted with PT and OT exercises, and reminded mom to take her medication as directed. Sherette became part of our family immediately and we will miss her. Our family highly recommends Sherette as a personal health care aide.

This is a great agency. i recently had an emergency and Homewell was able to get me a great person that same day. Jemima was the best . She was competent, professional and patient with my husband who is very difficult. The hospital sent him home after a fall and said he was ok. Her experience said he wasn't ok. I called the ambulance and back he went . We found out he had a fractured hip . The hospital missed it, but Jemima knew. She saved him from what could have been a real catastrophe. I couldn't thank her enough .
