For Jonathan Davis, home care is more than a business; it’s a vehicle for positively impacting lives in his community and hometown of St. Louis. As an entrepreneur, his love for people has always fueled his pursuits and naturally led him to an industry that could genuinely foster his heart to serve others. Beyond his altruistic ambitions, home care became especially meaningful for him after witnessing its influence firsthand. After spending time caring for his grandmother and seeing the fulfillment and joy that brought to her, he was inspired to make the leap to business ownership with HomeWell, opening his agency in March 2023.

Born and raised in St. Louis, Missouri, Jonathan’s love of home brought him back with his family after spending nearly a decade progressing his career in California. As an experienced sales & marketing leader, Jonathan spearheaded numerous initiatives in the corporate world. His ability to inspire and mentor people and his knack for communicating with individuals of all ages and across diverse backgrounds helped him excel; however, his dedication to helping and developing others truly distinguished him as a leader and now as a HomeWell owner. Today, he is committed to building teams of highly qualified caregivers who share his passion.

Our primary objective is to bring more enjoyment to the lives of those who find it increasingly difficult to function well on their own. We remove the burden of stress from both the person needing assistance, as well as those who love and care for them. We help people maintain their dignity and their independence. HomeWell assigns each client a dedicated Care Manager whose sole purpose is to ensure the highest level of customized in-home care to meet your needs and your budget. Your Care Manager will initiate a comprehensive needs assessment and create a personalized plan regarding:

Once a plan is in place, your Care Manager will monitor daily care logs and maintain regular contact with everyone involved to ensure each client’s physical and emotional wellbeing. And because life can be unpredictable, your Care Manager can also recommend or make adjustments to your care plan at any time, as needed.

As a home care agency founded by a caregiver, we put the utmost importance on providing at-home caregivers who are knowledgeable, kind, patient and trustworthy. We understand the complexities of the aging process and other variables that can affect the physical and emotional demands of each specific case. Whether we’re providing everyday support or specialized care, we tailor our approach to provide the appropriate level of care and attention. Our Care Managers strive to select the caregivers who best suit each client’s personality and specific care needs. And because we put a high priority on both safety and quality, all HomeWell caregivers are fully screened, pass a stringent national identity and background check, have excellent references, and undergo comprehensive competency testing.
