The difference is our Care Management approach.

HomeWell Care Services is not your average home care agency. For us, it’s not simply about placing a caregiver in the home. We take a holistic approach to at-home care that focuses on both accomplishing the tasks of daily living and improving the overall well-being of each individual entrusted to our care.

Meet The Owners: Danny and Kit Caldicott

Both Danny and Kit have enjoyed long, successful professional careers. As they looked to explore the next chapter in their lives, they wanted an option to successfully transfer their skills while having a direct, positive impact on the health and welfare of other lives.

Danny was born and raised in Massachusetts, has a BS from Babson College and spent 27 successful years developing long-time partnerships in the branding industry. He applies the same customer-centric approach and ethics when working with our clients and care services staff that made him successful throughout his branding career. Danny is a consummate athlete and has a long history of giving back to the community as a youth soccer coach and faith teacher to young adults. Danny’s strengths are his empathy, patience and leadership.

Kit has enjoyed a 25-year career in the training industry developing and facilitating skills-based programs focused on emotional intelligence and high-performing customer service. Kit’s drive and passion for quality in-home care stems from the countless stories she’s heard from friends in the “sandwich generation” who struggle to find affordable and quality care for their parents and loved ones. Kit experienced the loss of her mom to Parkinson’s disease and lung cancer and values every precious day spent with her as a gift. Kit’s strengths are her positive energy, passion and enthusiasm.

Danny and Kit have been married for 25 years and have three grown children: Matthew, Liza and Liam.

Our Philosophy

Trusted care. True compassion.

Our top priority is your peace-of-mind.

We all function better when we enjoy life more. For most people, this can be achieved through increased activity, reduced stress, better nutrition and basic companionship. As simple as that observation is, it is at the core of what we do. Our primary objective is to bring more enjoyment to the lives of those who find it increasingly difficult to function well on their own. We remove the burden of stress from both the person needing assistance, as well as those who love and care for them. We help people maintain their dignity and their independence. We protect and care for those who are unable to do so themselves. We help people function better. We help people enjoy life more. We do all of this by working as a team to provide reliable and compassionate in-home care that goes so far beyond typical adult care services.

Our Guiding Principles

  • Exude integrity in how we work together and conduct ourselves with clients.
  • Lead with empathy and anticipate the needs of others.
  • Acknowledge the privilege to serve our clients with an unparalleled level of home care while enriching lives, enhancing community relations, and spreading a culture of care.
  • Embody a growth mindset and belief that a level of grace and patience with ourselves and others leads to wonderful breakthroughs in personal and professional growth.
  • Strive to develop a healthy society by honoring and tapping into the gifts and wisdom of the aged.
  • Consistently implement our gifts of humility with the strength of our collective experience.
