A Message from Our Owner

Brandon Phipps served in the Army where he joined the Ranger Indoctrination Program and eventually served in the 82nd Airborne Division. He was then deployed to Afghanistan for one year in August 2009. Once he left the Army, he worked in the oil industry in various roles and attended school. He earned his Associate of Applied Science degree in Business, a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science and an MBA as well.

Brandon toyed around with many business start-up ideas and had been looking into the home-health space for several years. When his father-in-law became ill, Brandon and his wife immediately became caregivers. The kidney cancer diagnosis took a while for the doctors to figure out and in that time, his father-in-law quickly deteriorated losing nearly 100 lbs. in less than a year. Brandon’s father-in-law lived with them before and after the surgery so they could care for him. His father-in-law has recovered and was able to move out on his own. Two days later, Brandon found HomeWell. Based on his first-hand experience, Brandon understands the importance of helping others and is determined to help people that need in home care in his region. He is also dedicated to helping the caregivers and healthcare workers who selflessly take care of others.

Our Philosophy

Trusted care. True compassion.

Our top priority is your peace-of-mind.

We all function better when we enjoy life more. For most people, this can be achieved through increased activity, reduced stress, better nutrition and basic companionship. As simple as that observation is, it is at the core of what we do. Our primary objective is to bring more enjoyment to the lives of those who find it increasingly difficult to function well on their own. We remove the burden of stress from both the person needing assistance, as well as those who love and care for them. We help people maintain their dignity and their independence. We protect and care for those who are unable to do so themselves. We help people function better. We help people enjoy life more. We do all of this by working as a team to provide reliable and compassionate in-home care that goes so far beyond typical adult care services.
